Hello there! Welcome to H&M Property Management. Our names are Al and Debbie. We are real estate investors focused in the state of Arizona. Al works and lives overseas with a very focused plan to return to Arizona in 2021 to work with Debbie to further grow their real estate portfolio. Al is a retired military officer and is currently working as a military advisor for the United Arab Emirates. Debbie has worked in the IT sector for the past 25 years doing sales and business development. She splits her time in Tucson and visiting Al in Abu Dhabi. Debbie and Al have have been married for 21 years, have 2 grown sons, an 18-year-old daughter, and three grandchildren.
This year Debbie has decided to retire from her IT career to focus on the real estate business. As a result, we have decided to start a management company to manage our own properties. We feel this is a big differentiator for our properties. We want our properties and tenants to have the best possible place to live. We own all our properties and want to take care of them! We have hired a great team to help us manage all our units and hope our current tenants start seeing a difference in the responsiveness in maintenance requests and physical appearance of the properties both inside an out.
